The promoter is FestivalFocus (festivalfocus.uk), a trading name of Cogniosynthesis Portal Ltd, company number 16225073, registered office 4 Llys Idwal, Lampeter, SA48 7BX, contact hello@festivalfocus.uk.
The promotion opens at 00:01 BST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026. Entries submitted outside this window will not be entered into the draw.

Each review is moderated before publication. Entries are not entered into the draw until moderation is complete and the entry is accepted.
Travel proof is not required at entry. If an entrant's entry is drawn, FestivalFocus will request travel proof (e.g., a booking confirmation or coach/train ticket covering the festival dates) as a condition of prize claim. Travel proof is retained only for drawn winners and is deleted within 30 days if the prize is not claimed.
Each entrant may submit up to three (3) entries. Entries are identified by the combination of email address, full name, date of birth, and IP address. Entries exceeding the cap will be voided. Multiple entries from the same individual under different identifiers are a breach of these T&Cs and may result in disqualification.
All reviews are pre-moderated before publication. Moderation criteria: the review must be genuine, relevant to the festival named, original, free of personal data about third parties, not defamatory, not abusive, not obscene, and not in breach of any third-party rights.
There are five (5) prizes. Each prize is one pair of adult tickets (general admission or weekend, as standard for the selected festival) to one UK music festival in 2027.
There is no budget cap on the prize. FestivalFocus will select five eligible UK festivals in April 2027 and purchase a pair of tickets to each. Selected festivals will be announced on the promotion page at festivalfocus.uk/giveaway on or after the date each festival is confirmed.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, spending money, or any other cost. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, save for the festival-cancellation provisions in section 10.
Selection runs in two stages:
Each of the five winners is assigned to one of the five selected festivals based on their rank-preference. Where a winner's rank-preferences cannot be matched to a selected festival, FestivalFocus will assign the closest fit by category and notify the winner in writing. The winner may decline the assigned festival and receive no prize. The assigned festival is final once accepted; FestivalFocus does not offer substitution for clashes with the winner's personal calendar.
If a selected festival is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered before the event date, FestivalFocus will, at its discretion:
FestivalFocus is not the festival operator and accepts no liability for festival cancellation, postponement, or alteration once the prize has been delivered to the winner.
Winners will be selected by random draw within 14 days of the close date (30 September 2026). Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry. Winners must respond to claim the prize within 14 days of notification (the "backup period").
If a winner does not respond within the backup period, the prize is forfeited and FestivalFocus may redraw or roll the prize over at its discretion.
By entering, the entrant agrees that FestivalFocus may publish their first name and county of residence on the promotion page and on social media in connection with the promotion. This is a permitted use and is not a separate marketing consent.
The promotion entry form includes a separate, optional opt-in for FestivalFocus marketing emails. Opting in is not a condition of entry. FestivalFocus will not send marketing emails to entrants who have not opted in.
FestivalFocus (Cogniosynthesis Portal Ltd) is the data controller for personal data submitted through this promotion. The lawful basis for processing entry data, including ticket purchase proof, is Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR (consent). The lawful basis for publishing accepted reviews is Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) with a documented legitimate-interest assessment.

Entrants may request deletion of their review at any time by contacting FestivalFocus at hello@festivalfocus.uk. FestivalFocus will delete the review within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires retention (e.g., ongoing dispute, regulatory enquiry). Where a review is deleted, FestivalFocus retains a record of the entry (without the review text) for the duration of the retention schedule in section 14.
Reviews submitted as part of this promotion are incentivised reviews within the meaning of the Competition and Markets Authority's Online Reviews and Testimonials guidance. Each published review will be labelled on the site as:
"Review submitted as entry into the FestivalFocus 2027 ticket giveaway. Promoter: FestivalFocus."
This label will travel with the review wherever it is republished on FestivalFocus.
